Information we collect
We only collect the information you enter in our contact form: your name, phone number, email address, booking date, duration, number of guests and seating area, any extras and your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required: without them, we cannot handle your request.
Why we use it
To handle your booking request and reply to your questions.
We never sell or share your information.
Who can access it
Your messages are only read by Café Chérie.
The website is hosted by Karedess Cloud (SARL S3BO5, Mulhouse, France) on servers located in France (OVH SAS).
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): when you submit it, Cloudflare checks technical data about your connection (IP address, browser) to make sure the message comes from a person. Cloudflare also uses this data, as an independent controller, to improve its bot detection.
Overseas disclosure
Cloudflare and Google may process some technical data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Our website is hosted in France.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for 3 years after our last contact, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by writing to admin@cafecherie.au. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).
Cookies
